Dr. Phaly Ham

Dr. Phaly Ham is a researcher and lecturer at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) in Phnom Penh. Their work focuses on water and wastewater treatment, as well as environmental technology. He is the dedicated Deputy Head of Laboratory and a technical lead at the Water Environment Laboratory (WE Lab), where he lead and enable high-quality research and analysis, ensuring its efficient operation, fostering technical expertise, and contributing to the advancement of water and environmental science in Cambodia.
