Dr. Rathborey Chan
Dr. Rathborey Chan is a Lecturer and Researcher at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) in Phnom Penh, within the Faculty of Hydrology and Water Resource Engineering. He is the Deputy Head of Laboratory at the Water Environment Laboratory (WE Lab).
